Pumpkin Protein Shake 

My husband refers to me (affectionately) as a “basic Instagram fit chick.” Hey, if the Tory Burch shoe fits…wear it! So I decided to take my basic-ness to the next level with a Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake! I know…hold on to your yoga pants! 
Ingredients: 

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1/2 cup pumpkin purée (NOT pumpkin pie filling) 

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder 

1 tsp of cinnamon

1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice 

1/2 banana 
Directions: 

Add all ingredients into blender with ice and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust spices accordingly. If you need a little sweetness try adding tbsp of honey or agave. 
Now get in your yoga pants, Ugg boots, sweater and scarf. Light your pumpkin candle, turn on Hocus Pocus and sip it slow. Drink it for when you can’t EVEN! And if you’re reallly trying to get extra basic points, put it in a mason jar!
